Inquiry forms

When you submit an inquiry, this website stores your name, email, optional phone, message, and planning details in its hosted database for Wayne’s follow-up. Please do not send financial account numbers, identity documents, orders, or other sensitive documents. Submitting does not enroll you in automated marketing calls or texts.

Use and retention

Wayne uses inquiries to respond and support requested real estate services. Authorized owner access protects the inquiry dashboard. Contact Wayne to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable transaction recordkeeping obligations. Inquiries can be deleted from the dashboard.

External services

Calendly loads only when you request the scheduling embed; links to Calendly and YouTube use those providers’ policies. The hosting provider processes information necessary to deliver and protect this site. No advertising analytics is configured. Once email setup is activated, inquiries are sent through Resend to Wayne’s Wise Agent CRM for follow-up. Those providers process the submitted information under their own privacy policies. Messages may be stored in the CRM contact activity. Website submission does not enroll you in automated marketing calls or texts.
